Coconut is one of the 9 main industrial crops in Vietnam. Trà Vinh is the province with the second largest coconut area in the country with over 25,000ha of coconut plantations. However, the current situation of climate change and saltwater intrusion is happening strongly, many coconut areas are flooded over 15 parts per thousand, affecting the productivity of coconut fruits in the Mekong Delta. To adapt to this situation, Sokfarm has inherited and continued the traditional coconut flower sap collection industry of the Khmer people in the South. We choose to pursue a business model that creates social impact, providing sustainable livelihoods for farmers, protecting the environment, and caring for the health of the community with the essence of Trà Vinh coconut flower nectar
